Toddler Group

Our Toddler Group offers a warm and gentle first step away from home for children aged 12 to 36 months. The focus is on trust, routine, language, movement and early independence.

A caring first school experience

For many toddlers, joining TIMS is their first regular experience outside the family home. We take this transition seriously and support each child and parent with patience, warmth and clear routines.

Montessori for the youngest children

Toddler Montessori work focuses on movement, coordination, language, sensory exploration and practical life. Children learn to carry, pour, sort, clean, choose, tidy up and care for themselves in age-appropriate ways.

A gentle daily rhythm

The regular school day begins at 8:30 am, with early morning care available from 8:00 am if needed. Toddlers spend time in their classroom, gather for circle time, enjoy a small snack and go outside to the playground or nearby fields whenever possible.

A warm lunch is served around midday. After lunch, children have time to rest, reset and continue their day with calm activities and care.

Supporting language and social development

In an English-speaking environment, toddlers absorb language naturally through songs, stories, routines and everyday interaction. Teachers support children gently as they learn to express needs, share space and build first friendships.
